From October 2018, E4 At Tohoku Expressway (Tohoku Expressway), we will conduct an experiment to prevent and alleviate traffic congestion using LED signs. This experiment uses a LED sign to send a message to customers and encourage them to use the left lane to prevent traffic congestion from occurring in the overtaking lane.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to prevent traffic congestion.
