南岸低気圧による大雪予報のため、ＮＥＸＣＯ東日本管内の高速道路では、広範囲で通行止めが予想されます（詳しくは、ページ下部の別図をご覧ください）。
また２月５日朝からノーマルタイヤ通行禁止を実施しますので、車でのお出かけはお控えください。
ノーマルタイヤでの雪道走行は法令違反ですので、冬用タイヤの装着とタイヤチェーンの携行をお願いします。高速道路上では、自力走行不能車両が一台でも発生すると、長時間の渋滞や通行止めにつながる恐れがあります。
また、高速道路に並行する一般国道や、接続する各高速道路会社が管理する高速道路等においても通行止めを実施する場合があります。
不要不急のお出かけはお控えいただき、やむを得ず高速道路をご利用される場合は、必ず最新の気象予報・道路交通情報をご確認ください。
また、運送事業者及び荷主企業の皆さまにおかれましても、今後の気象予報等をご確認いただき、広域迂回や運送日の調整をご検討いただきますよう、ご協力をお願いします。

降雪区間の主要ＩＣでは係員による冬用タイヤの装着確認の実施を予定しています。関東近郊におけるノーマルタイヤ通行禁止の可能性がある区間は 別図2 のとおりです。

高速道路上では、自力走行不能車両が一台でも発生すると、長時間の渋滞や通行止めにつながる恐れがあります。ルート・日程の見直しを検討いただき、やむを得ず高速道路をご利用される場合は、必ず冬用タイヤの装着とタイヤチェーンを携行していただくとともに、特に雪道を走行する際にはチェーンの装着をお願いします。
