1 Request for distributed use

I am predicting. (Refer to the following) Please avoid using traffic congestion by shifting your departure time before and after the expected peak time of traffic congestion.
This traffic congestion forecast is based on the traffic volume and traffic congestion conditions that were confirmed during the traffic congestion seasons such as last week's Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays, as the effects of the special holiday discounts.
Forecasts for Tohoku Expressway, Joban Expressway, Ban-Etsu Expressway, etc. *, including roads in the Tohoku region, which are greatly affected by the earthquake, are not available. The damaged area will be accessible for emergency repairs, but please be careful when using it.
