NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) and Nex-area Company Limited Sapporo Branch (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku) hold "Hokkaido Menu Contest".
In this contest, the cooking staff in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA) in Hokkaido are working hard to make a menu using plenty of Hokkaido ingredients.
On the day of the event, Noboru Ishii, the representative of Chinese Nika Kirika, will be the chair of the judging committee, and Akemi Suzuki, the instructor of the Kita Gas Cooking School, will be invited as a special screening committee, and a total of 6 people will conduct the screening.
In addition, The menus to be displayed in this contest will be on sale at each SA/PA from December 1st to March 31st of next year. Please enjoy it.
1 Purpose of the event
Using plenty of ingredients grown in the land of Hokkaido, we develop and sell a menu that further conveys the charm of Hokkaido to customers inside and outside Hokkaido, with the aim of attracting customers to attractive stores.
