NEXCO EAST Misato Management Office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture) C3 Gaikan Expressway (Outer Ring Road) Niikura PA, Kawaguchi JCT, Outer Ring Urawa IC, Kawaguchi West IC, the lamp lane will be closed at night due to the repair work on the bridge accessories.
In this construction, the expansion and contraction device of the bridge and the sound insulation wall exterior plate will be repaired. Before going out, please check the construction site, construction date, closing hours, and detours before using the operation plan with plenty of time. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

* You cannot use Arakura PA from the inner circle. The next resting facility will be Miyoshi PA on the Kan-Etsu Expressway Out-bound Line.

2 Request for detour
Regarding the IC entrance and JCT detours that will be closed due to this construction, Attachment 2 [PDF: 562KB] Please refer to.
Also, when the Arakura PA entrance lamp is closed, the Arakura PA cannot be used from the inside. For customers using the inner ring road, please use rest facilities on other routes.
