NEXCO EAST Ichihara Management Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) E14 Keiyo Road At the Anagawa (West) Interchange (IC), two night entrances to the In-bound line will be closed to repair damaged pavement.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have time to spare when you go out.

E ramp (entrance from National Route 126 and National Route 16 Yachiyo area) From Monday, April 9, 2018 to Wednesday, April 11, 2018 From 20:00 to 5am the next day (3 nights in total)
G ramp (entrance from National Highway 16 Ichihara area) April 12, 2018 (Thursday) From 20:00 to 5:00 the next morning (1 night in total) (Reserve day) April 16th (Mon) to 19th (Thurs) 2018
The decision to implement night closure will be made at 16:00 on the day of implementation.
The detours due to the closing of the Anagawa IC In-bound line entrance are as follows.
(1) General car After detouring on the general road around Anagawa IC, please enter the Anagawa IC from the entrance that is not closed.
When E-lamp (entrance from National Route 126, National Route 16 Yachiyo direction) is closed From National Route 126, National Route 16 Yachiyo to National Route 16 Ichihara ⇒Turn right at the intersection before Seven-Eleven ⇒Turn right under the viaduct ⇒ G ramp (entrance from National Highway No. 16 Ichihara area) flows into Anagawa IC
(*) Detour extension: Approximately 4.0km Duration: Approximately 8 minutes
When G-lamp (entrance from National Route 16 Ichihara area) is closed From National Route 16 Ichihara area to Yachiyo area ⇒ Reversal at the monorail sports center station rotary ⇒ E-lamp (entrance from National Highway No. 16 direction Yachiyo) to Anagawa IC
(*) Detour extension: Approximately 1.5km Duration: Approximately 3 minutes
(2) Special vehicle Please use another IC after bypassing the general road where special vehicles can pass.
When heading for Tokyo Use National Route 126 / City Highway Shinko Anagawa Line / Route 14 to use Keiyo Road Makuhari IC, or Route 126 / City Highway Shinko Anagawa Line / Route 14 / Route 357. Please use Higashi-Kanto Expressway Wangan Narashino IC. Time and distance from Anagawa IC to Makuhari IC: Normal: About 11 minutes (9.3km) Detour: About 21 minutes (9.4km) Time and distance between Anagawa IC and Wangan Narashino IC: Normal: About 11 minutes (11.2km) Detour: About 20 minutes (10.1km)
When heading for Narita Please use the Higashi-Kanto Expressway Chiba Kita IC via Route 16. Time and distance from Anagawa IC to Chiba Kita IC: Normal: Approx. 9 minutes (6.1km) Detour: Approx. 11 minutes (4.3km)
3 Construction overview
The Anagawa IC on the Keiyo Road will undergo pavement repair work because the pavement has deteriorated. To minimize the impact on our customers, we will close the entrance during the night on weekdays when traffic is light, and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently.

4 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Information for closing at night
We post a preliminary announcement sign at Anagawa IC, main line etc.
Post banners on overpass bridges on Expressway.
