3 Regarding transfer adjustment due to lamp closure

How to use transit adjustment
ETC customers
- Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
- ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.
Customers such as cash
- Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".
4 Construction overview
We will implement work to prevent falling bridges from overhanging on the ramp of Tsurugashima JCT on the Kan-Etsu Expressway.
These constructions require the lanes to be closed with the usual lane regulations, as it is not possible to secure sufficient lanes for vehicles. Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps at night when traffic is light and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
5 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Information on lamp closure
- Notice signs and posters will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities in the surrounding area.
- A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
- On the day of the ramp closing, a detour sign will be installed at the main intersection of the detour.
