NEXCO EAST Misato Management Office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture), pavement repair work will be carried out at the entrance ramp of the C3 Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter "Outer Ring Road") Inner Loop Kawaguchi Nishi Interchange (hereinafter "IC"). We will close at night.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.

1. 1. Closing location and date and time

2. Detour

  1. When heading toward Oizumi on the Gaikan Expressway from the Kawaguchi Nishi IC
    As shown by the blue arrow, take Route 298 toward Oizumi and use the Toda Nishi IC. If you detour between Kawaguchi Nishi IC and Toda Nishi IC, it will take about 10 minutes (usually about 5 minutes).
  2. When heading from Kawaguchi Nishi IC to the capital Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Capital Highway") Saitama Omiya Line towards Omiya
    As shown by the green arrow, take Route 298 toward Oizumi, then take Route 17 and use the Metropolitan Expressway Urawakita IC. If you detour between Kawaguchi Nishi IC and Urawa Kita IC, it will take about 26 minutes (usually 11 minutes).
  3. When heading from Kawaguchi Nishi IC to Ikebukuro on the Metropolitan Expressway No. 5 Ikebukuro Line
    As shown by the yellow arrow, take Route 298 toward Oizumi, then take Route 17 and use the Metropolitan Expressway Toda Minami IC. If you detour between Kawaguchi Nishi IC and Toda Minami IC, it will take about 15 minutes (usually about 8 minutes).

The detour will take longer, so please leave plenty of time.

3. Construction overview

The road surface is damaged at the entrance ramp of the Kawaguchi-nishi IC on the outer ring road, so we will carry out pavement repair work. The section where this work is to be carried out is one lane, and it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations, so it is necessary to close the lamp and carry out the work.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps on weekday nights when there is little traffic, and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently. Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
