At NEXCO EAST Utsunomiya Management Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture), to carry out pavement repair work at the E4 Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter "Tohoku Expressway") Sano Fujioka Interchange (hereinafter "IC") and Tochigi IC , to implement night lamp closure.

2. Construction overview
Pavement repair work will be carried out at Tohoku Expressway Sano Fujioka IC and Tochigi IC ramps due to significant deterioration and damage to the pavement.
These construction works cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, so it is necessary to work with the ramps closed. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed at night on weekdays when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of Expressway.
3. How to obtain traffic information

- Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
- A notice board will be installed on the lamp to be closed.
