We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when going out.

1. Lamp closure location and date and time

1. In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
2. Please see the attached document [PDF: 1.2MB] for information on backup dates and detours in case of postponement.
3. After the construction work for closure ① is completed, the construction work for closure ② will be carried out, so closures ① and ② will not be carried out simultaneously.
4. If Closure ②, Closure ③, or Closure ④ is postponed due to bad weather, construction will be carried out on a backup date after Friday, April 3rd.
   The order of construction work on the reserve day will be ②⇒③⇒④.
5. The decision to carry out construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter) etc. around 5:00 pm on the day of construction.

2. Construction overview

Due to road surface damage at the interchanges on Joban Expressway and Higashi-Mito Road, pavement repair work will be carried out.
As the construction work cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it will be necessary to close the ramps during the work. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramps will be closed during the night on weekdays when traffic volume is low, and the work will be carried out in a concentrated and efficient manner. This work is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
