NEXCO EAST Joetsu Management Office (Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture) is looking for paintings by elementary school students for the "11th Joshinetsu Painting Exhibition" as part of regional cooperation and educational support.
This event will be attended by elementary school students who will lead the next generation along the Expressway under the jurisdiction of the Joetsu Management Office, and will let them know the wonder of drawing and the importance of having a dream. It has been held every year since 2012 for the purpose of deepening the interest and understanding of the Expressway business.

Thursday, September 1, 4th year of Reiwa

Qualification requirements:
Elementary school students (1st to 6th grade) attending school in the following areas
Joetsu City, Myoko City, Itoigawa City, Niigata Prefecture
Shinano Town, Nagano Prefecture
Asahi Town, Toyama Prefecture

Awards ceremony:
November 3, 4th year of Reiwa (Thursday / holiday)
exhibition:
Reiwa 4th November 3rd (Thursday / holiday) to 6th (Sunday)
(All the submitted works will be exhibited)

Joetsu City Citizen's Plaza (1914-3 Tsuchihashi, Joetsu City)
