Four. Request for cooperation in snow removal work
Snow removal work on Expressway is carried out while ensuring the safety of customers driving on the road, so the work is carried out at a low speed of 50 km/h or less, with lanes temporarily blocked. Even on good days, in addition to checking the road surface conditions, we may also spray antifreeze to prevent roads from freezing. These operations are important to ensure that customers can use Expressway safely. If you encounter any of these operations while driving, please maintain sufficient distance between you and the work vehicle and refrain from dangerous activities such as overtaking.
NEXCO EAST Group positions the period from 2021 to 2025 as "a period in which we will contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and transform towards a new future society," and we are undertaking various initiatives.
This initiative, "Forecasting congestion on Expressway during the year-end and New Year holidays (Niigata Prefecture version)" will contribute to SDGs goals 3 and 9 as a business activity that will lead to the provision of safe road spaces by alleviating congestion. I think of it as something.
