As announced on March 20, 2020, "Free Expressway access for evacuees from restricted areas due to the nuclear power plant accident - About the renewal application procedure for the 'Hometown Return Passage Card' to optimize the system -" The "Hometown Return Card" (hereinafter referred to as the "Card"), which is required when applying for free measures, has been changed to a green renewal card from Wednesday, November 1, 2020, and is currently The pink card you are using will no longer be usable after November 1, 2020 (Wednesday).
We are currently shipping renewal cards to those who have completed the renewal procedures, and the shipping procedures have been completed to those who completed the procedures by July 31, 2020 (Monday). Please wait for a while until your renewal card arrives. Renewal cards will be sent by registered mail, so if you have your absentee card in hand, please check with your post office as soon as possible. In addition, for those who re-applied due to deficiencies in the documents after submitting documents to each local government, and those who completed the procedure after August 2020, the card will be delivered by the end of October 2020. Please note that there may be cases where this is not possible.
You can use your renewal card as soon as you receive it, so please switch your card as soon as possible.
