We will inform you that the scheduled night closure of the Wakokita IC exit on the Gaikan Expressway scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, has been canceled due to a process review.
NEXCO EAST Misato Management Office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture) will respond to the "new Expressway tolls in the Tokyo metropolitan area" from March to November 2016 from the Gaikan Expressway (outer ring road) Oizumi Interchange (hereinafter referred to as IC) Misato Minami IC will be closed at night due to construction. In this construction, we will construct new ETC equipment.
Before going out, please confirm the construction site (inter-closure site), the construction date, the closing time zone, and the detour, and make sure you have enough time to use it. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2 Construction overview
In this construction, we will construct new ETC equipment to establish a charge system based on the distance system.
