Repeated repair work has been performed from the past due to deterioration of concrete floor slabs and reinforced steel rust due to fine cracks and salt content of spray of antifreeze agent in winter due to repeated wheel loads due to enlargement of vehicles etc. However, in order for customers to use it with peace of mind, it was necessary to carry out drastic measures against deterioration.
As shown below, construction of the Out-bound line (for Sendai) will be carried out from September 16 (Tuesday), and then the In-bound line (for Tokyo) of Fukushima Sugawabashi and Fukushima Arakawabashi from the start of Golden Week in May 2015. We are planning to start the construction of the Out-bound line (for Sendai) of Fukushima Arakawa Bridge from autumn 2015.
This anti-aging construction requires a one-lane traffic regulation for day and night, which is expected to cause congestion and congestion on the Expressway. Traffic congestion forecast information will be posted on websites such as the "NEXCO EAST Corporate Site" and "DraPla", so please refer to it when using the Expressway.
In addition, traffic jam information will be provided near the IC in front of the construction section, so please refer to it as a detour.
