NEXCO EAST Sendai Higashi Management Office (Wakabayashi-ku, Sendai City) will be closed at night to carry out pavement repair work, etc. at Sendai Minami IC from the Nagamachi Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") on the E48 Sendai-Nanbu Road up and down line.

3. Regarding transit adjustments due to suspension of traffic

　通行止めにより高速道路を一旦流出し、通行止め区間を迂回して、再流入して順方向に乗り継がれるお客さまには、ご利用区間に応じて通行料金を調整する「乗継調整」を実施します。（別紙-2【PDF：304KB】参照）

How to use transit adjustment

ETC customers

• Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
• ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
  Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.
• Insert the same ETC card for all journeys and pass through the ETC lane at the tollgate.

Customers such as cash

• Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".

Common to ETC and cash customers

• If the suspension of traffic is released after the outflow designated IC is released, the fare will be adjusted even if it is re-introduced from the IC (including the outflow designated IC) in the closed road section in the forward direction.

Four. Construction overview

Since there is damage to the road surface between Nagamachi IC and Sendai Minami IC on Sendai-Nanbu Road up and down line, pavement repair work will be carried out. In order to minimize the inconvenience to customers, we will close the road at night on weekdays when the traffic volume is low, and carry out the construction work intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of Expressway.
