NEXCO EAST Saku Management Office (Saku City, Nagano Prefecture) will carry out pavement repair work at the Usui-Karuizawa Interchange (hereinafter "IC") on the E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter "Joshin-etsu Expressway"). Therefore, we will close the lamp at night.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.

Since the road surface has been damaged at the ramp of the Usui Karuizawa IC in Joshinetsu Province, pavement repair work will be carried out.
Since the section where this work is carried out is one lane and construction cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to close the ramp and carry out the work.
Therefore, in order to cause as little inconvenience as possible to customers, we will close the ramp at night on weekdays when there is little traffic and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This is necessary for safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
