About "1st NEXCO EAST New Menu Contest"

NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman of the Board: Shigejiro Yagi) provides local specialty products, locally harvested vegetables, and regional specialties that can only be eaten there, with the key word of "flower making". We aim to provide unique services depending on the location conditions of each SA/PA.

In order to strengthen the “flower making” of “food”, this time, a contest for foods with the theme of regional color “1st NEXCO EAST New Menu Contest” will be judged We will hold Daniel Karl and others as follows.

The 10 works exhibited in this contest are all excellent works that have passed the qualifying rounds in each region, and compete for the prestigious grand prix.

The menus that will be on display at this contest will be available from April in each restaurant, except for seasonal menus.
