NEXCO East Japan is a designated organization under Article 2, Item 5 of the Basic Law for Disaster Management. (Cabinet Office Notification No. 772, September 30, 2005)

Based on Article 39, Paragraph 1 of the Disaster Countermeasures Basic Act, we have established a disaster prevention work plan as follows.

About nation protection work plan

NEXCO East Japan is a designated public institution under Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the Law Concerning Peace and Independence of Japan and the Security of the National and Citizens in the Event of Armed Forces. (Article 3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the same Act)

Based on Article 36, Paragraph 1 of the Law Concerning Measures to Protect People in Armed Attacks, etc. (Law No. 112, 2004), we have established the following business plans for protection of people.
