East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. and (Germany) Japan Expressway The Holding and Debt Repayment Corporation Expressway Based on the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act (Act No. 99 of 16) and Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Organization Act (Act No. 100 of 16), the " An agreement to partially change the "Agreement on the High-Speed Automobile National Highway Hokkaido Shikankan Expressway Hakodate Nayoro Line, etc." was concluded on March 21, Reiwa 6.
