The Committee ensures a supervisory function for management by making decisions on important matters affecting the entire Group, such as management policies, matters stipulated by law, progress and outlook for medium-term management plans and annual action plans, progress and issues for major projects, toll revenues and traffic volume, performance of SA and PA businesses, and financial conditions, as well as reporting on internal control matters.
