  • The maturity is based on the assumption that the debt will be transferred to the Agency, so it is set according to the expected delivery of the assets (construction progress).
    Select from 2-year bonds, 5-year bonds, 7-year bonds, and 10-year bonds.
  • We plan to raise about 450 billion yen through social bonds and loans.
