【Overview】
1 facts
During the investigation on illegal traffic that we have been working on for a long time, we asked the employee himself that there was a suspicion of illegal traffic on the vehicle used by toll collector A (64 years old, male, living in Takahagi City). As a result, we confirmed the fact that there were a total of four illegal traffics.
In addition, during the investigation process, one of the four illegal tolls carried out by toll collector A was unlawful due to the conspiracy of toll collector B (48 years old, female, living in Hitachi City) while riding in the vehicle. Regarding what was done, two out of the four tolls were confirmed by the toll collector C (64 years old, male, living in Hitachi City) who was working at the exit toll booth, while recognizing the possibility of tolling. It turned out that he was neglecting to report.
2 Techniques for illegal traffic
When paying at the exit toll booth, they falsely declared that they had flowed in from a nearby interchange, and were illegally exempted from paying the difference in toll charges four times in total.
3 Amount of fraudulent relief
11,000 yen (four times of illegal traffic from December 2, 2009 to March 9, 2010)
