About malfunction of fire detector in Yamauchi tunnel of Akita Expressway

In this event, a fire detector was automatically notified in the Yamauchi tunnel of the Akita Expressway, and a prohibition measure inside the tunnel was lined up and down from 5:35 am to 6:11 am for 36 minutes, and 9 am It was conducted from 14 hours to 9:21 am for 7 minutes.

As a result of checking the site, there was no fire and it was determined to be a malfunction.

This has caused many customers an inconvenience.

2 Future action

We are currently conducting a detailed investigation into the cause of the malfunction of the fire detector that caused the malfunction, and will take appropriate measures as soon as the cause is identified.
