Kagaku-shi, Akita Prefecture and NEXCO EAST Tohoku Branch (Sendai-shi Aoba-ku) have been proceeding with the project,E4 Tohoku Expressway Kazuno Hachimantai Interchange (IC) -Towada IC (In-bound line) dedicated "emergency inflow route" for emergency vehicles will start operation on Friday, December 8, 2017.
