About supply of power, water in rest facility with large-scale blackout in Chiba (as of 13:00 on September 18)

NEXCO EAST will provide free power and drinking water (tap water) for charging mobile phones at the following rest facilities following a large-scale power outage in Chiba Prefecture.
Please bring your charger, cable, water tank, etc.
Details such as the location of the service are provided at each rest facility.

• Chiba-Togane Road Noro PA (In-bound line: 1509-2 Noro-cho, Out-bound line: 1515-7 Noro-cho, Wakaba-ku, Chiba-shi)

  Water and power supply provided 24 hours
  Air conditioner: In operation

  • No admission from outside

• Tateyama Expressway Ichihara SA (In-bound line: 1091-2 Imadomi, Out-bound line: 1154-1, Kaiho, Ichihara)

  Air conditioner: In operation

  • Entrance from the outside is possible (the number of cars that can be parked: 5 for In-bound lines and 5 for Out-bound lines)

• Tateyama Expressway Kimitsu PA (In-bound line: 727 Oyamano character song composition, Out-bound line: 8091 Shinoneya, Oyamano character, Kimitsu city)

  Toilet only (no commercial facilities)

• Futtsu Tateyama Road Highway Oasis Furari (Facility Manager: Furari Tomiyama Co., Ltd.)

  Water and power are provided only from 9:00 to 15:00 (during facility business hours)

  • Admission from outside is possible.
