東日本高速道路株式会社 北海道支社
NEXCO東日本北海道支社（札幌市厚別区）は、令和２年（２０２０年）９月１６日、同月６日に発生した交通事故の実況見分が北海道警察により実施されることに伴い、E5A札樽自動車道（札樽道）およびE5A後志自動車道（後志道）の一部区間において通行止めを行います。

2. 2. About the detour
Please use Route 5 as a detour while the road is closed.
3. About transfer adjustment due to traffic closure
通行止めにより高速道路をいったん流出し、一般道を迂回して２４時間以内に再度同一方向へと高速道路を乗り継ぐ場合には、高速道路の通行料金が割高にならないよう、「乗継調整」を行います。

同一のＥＴＣカードをご利用の上、乗り継ぎ前・乗り継ぎ後の両区間ともＥＴＣ無線走行をしてください。料金表示器やＥＴＣ利用照会サービスなどには調整前の料金が表示されますが、カード会社等からは調整後の料金が請求されます。
(2) Customers using cash or credit cards
いったん流出するICの料金所で料金をお支払いいただく際、「乗継証明書」の発行をお申し出ください。乗り継ぎ後、最初に料金をお支払いする料金所で、係員に通行券とともに乗継証明書をお渡しください。
