NEXCO EAST Utsunomiya Management Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture) is engaged in the construction of the Toga Nishikata Smart Interchange (hereinafter "Smart IC") and PA improvement work on the E4 Tohoku Expressway Toga Nishikata Parking Area (hereinafter "PA") Out-bound line. We will implement restrictions on the use of parking lots, etc.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by restricting the use of parking lots during the construction period, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. 1. Restricted points and date and time

1. Restricted use: Part of Tohoku Expressway Toga West PA (Out-bound line) parking lot and smoking area
   • Restrooms and commercial facilities are available.

2. Date and time: Wednesday, October 27, 3rd year of Reiwa-November, 4th year of Reiwa All day (24 hours)
   • We also carry out Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In addition, the construction period may change depending on the progress of construction.

2. Construction overview

On the Tohoku Expressway Toga Nishikata PA (Out-bound line), the parking area and construction area will be divided by a temporary enclosure due to the construction of the Toga Nishikata smart IC and PA improvement work, and the construction will be carried out safely.
However, please note that there are some areas where the acceleration lane is narrowed, and construction vehicles come and go in the vicinity.
Please note that it is necessary to limit the parking space when dividing the parking area, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
