Hasuda City, Saitama Prefecture, NEXCO EAST Kazo Management Office (Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture, hereinafter referred to as "Kazo Management Office"), and NEXCO East Japan Area Tract Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as "Area Tract") signed an "Agreement on Cooperation and Collaboration between Hasuda City and Hasuda Service Area" on Friday, March 28, 2025.

1. the purpose

Hasuda City, Kazo Management Office, and Area Tract have been working together in their respective businesses, but with the conclusion of this agreement, they will further utilize the Hasuda Service Area (hereinafter referred to as "SA") as a local resource, and will work to revitalize the area and provide new value at Hasuda SA through further collaboration and cooperation.

1. Matters related to promoting tourism in Hasuda City
2. Promotion of Hasuda City's specialty products
3. Matters related to revitalizing the Hasuda City area
4. Promotion of cultural and artistic activities in Hasuda City
5. Improving the environment for using Hasuda SA and promoting its use
6. Matters relating to the implementation of collaborative events and collaborative promotions
7. Other activities that contribute to the development of local communities
