NEXCO EAST has revised the “Instructions for bidders” and has stipulated the revised procedures for “bidders” regarding the procurement procedures for goods and services such as construction, surveys, etc. for which a bid was announced after May 1, 2010. "Instruction sheet" is applied.

Outline of revision of "instruction for bidders"
(Applicable to bids announced after May 1, 2010)
1) About civil works (including landscaping) , In addition to the conventional unit price table, You need to submit a new unit price summary table.
2) Clarified the method of submitting a copy of the unit price list, unit price summary table, and comprehensive rating notification (trial inquiry) that you must submit at the same time as the bid at the time of electronic bidding.
3) A copy of the general rating notification (suspension) is to be submitted together with the bid documents. However, if you find any omissions after submitting the bid documents, please contact us. As a result, the description about handling when the attachment omission was found was added. (There is no change in the requirement to submit a copy of the general rating notification (evaluation).)
4) The "instruction for bidders" applied to purchase contracts has been redesigned to match the contents of "instruction for bidders" applied for construction and surveys.
