About special measures concerning operation of design unit price (February)

East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. applied the same unit price as early as possible, considering the importance of securing an appropriate wage level for skilled workers or design engineers announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and its operation in the same manner as the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. We decided to take special measures.

This special measure is an order for construction and surveys that have contracted after February 1, 2014, and construction and surveys where the contract limit price has been set by applying the old labor unit price or the old engineer unit price. It is possible to discuss the change of the contract amount based on the new unit price by the request from the person. In addition, the contract manager will separately notify the contractor regarding the applicable cases.
