Formulation (revision) of design change guidelines

East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. is currently operating the civil engineering project for the purpose of further promoting the clarification of the contract conditions in the delivery documents and the smooth, fair and appropriate contract change between the contractor and the contractor in the work such as construction and research. We have enhanced the content of the “Contract Revision Guide for Construction Contract Contracts” and revised it as “Design Change Guidelines for Civil Engineering Contract Contracts” and newly formulated “Design Change Guidelines for Survey Contract Contracts”.
