It has been confirmed that there was an error in the contract price limit due to a cost estimation error regarding the "Ken-o Expressway Higashi Sound Insulation Wall Construction" contract signed by the Kanto Regional Head Office East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. on January 10, 2020. . In response to this, we would like to inform you that we have canceled the contract we concluded with the contractor for the construction work.
We sincerely apologize to our subscribers and other participants in the competition for the great inconvenience this has caused.
In the future, we will further strengthen our checking system and strive to prevent recurrence.
1. 1. Overview
The contract is based on a conditional general competitive bidding comprehensive evaluation bidding method (comprehensive evaluation of "price evaluation points" based on bid prices within the contract price limit and "technical evaluation points" based on technical proposals etc.) However, if the bid/bid opening is executed based on the contract limit price set through appropriate cost estimation, another competitive participant will become the successful bidder. As a result, we have canceled the contract.
