NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has received the highest rating of "three stars" for the 14th consecutive year in HDI-Japan's 2025 Customer Service Center Rating Survey.
Our Customer Center, which is the point of contact for customer inquiries, is based on the Group's management policy of "putting the customer first and improving safety, security, comfort and convenience," and is working to ensure that we have a system in place to listen to and respond to customer feedback 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, while also striving to improve the quality of our customer service.
Going forward, we will continue to put our customers first and respond to the inquiries and needs of our many customers, without being satisfied with our past evaluations.

We listen to customer feedback 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • Navi Dial is available for fixed-line telephone calls at a flat rate nationwide.
  • If you are using a mobile phone voice call flat-rate system, the call charge may be cheaper if you call the number starting with "03".
  • If you cannot use the navigation dial such as an IP phone, please call the number starting with "03".
  • Telephone calls from customers are recorded to ensure accurate responses.
  • We may refuse to comply with requests if the content of the request is deemed unreasonable or if the request is accompanied by intimidating or persistent behavior.
  • Please be noted that if the line is busy and you cannot connect to the operator, the line is cut out automatically after a certain period of time.
  • Calls during driving are prohibited by the Road Traffic Act. Please pull over to a safe place such as a rest area and then make a phone call.​​
