About "cooperation of general disaster prevention drill"

On November 26, 2016(Sat), I cooperated in the implementation of comprehensive disaster drills organized by Iwanuma-shi, Miyagi prefecture.

The training included publicity drills using emergency area mail and radio, triage (*) and emergency rescue drills, and evacuation and various drills conducted by the Neighborhood Association (voluntary disaster prevention organization) using evacuation stairs on the Sendai-Tobu Road.

Of these, training using the evacuation stairs on the Sendai-Tobu Road was conducted simultaneously at two of the three locations located in Iwanuma City, with a total of about 160 local residents participating.

On the day of the training, employees of the Sendai Higashi Management Office were assigned to each evacuation staircase and explained how to use the entrance prevention fence (kicking type). We also requested that there be cars running at a speed of 100 km / h on the main line right next to the evacuation destination, and that you should take extra precautions to avoid contact with cars after evacuation. .

The participating residents kicked off the access fence (kicking type) and were evacuated orderly.

We will continue to actively participate in disaster drills conducted by local municipalities and inform residents how to use the evacuation stairs and precautions.

(*) When a large number of patients appear at the same time due to a major accident or disaster, prioritize according to the urgency of medical treatment.
