On March 5, the Tohoku Expressway Kamikochi Smart Inter (Out-bound) exit was supposed to start using from 6 am, but due to a mistake in staffing, it was used from 7:30 am. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customers who were planning to use the service.
