NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) Hokuriku Expressway Water stoppage at joints of small and high viaducts A board (which prevents rainwater and other leaks) was found to be falling.

No accidents such as injuries or property damage have been confirmed.
