NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture) manages Ban-Etsu Expressway Iwaki junction (JCT) B lamp (Joban Expressway In-bound from the line Ban-Etsu Expressway and D lamp direction) (Joban Expressway Out-bound from the line Ban-Etsu Expressway in direction), the following At the time of closing the indicated lamp, the passengers using ETC were not properly adjusted for transit charges.
Regarding the toll of the eligible passengers, we will refund the difference due to the transit adjustment. (Refund method is as follows)

1 Target customers
(1) 2014 June 16, at the next 6 to 20 o'clock (Monday) Iwaki JCT B lamp (Joban Expressway In-bound from the line Ban-Etsu Expressway not impassable the direction), runoff and re-flows have been customers of the following IC
■ Target IC
(Joban Expressway In-bound Line) Outflow IC: Iwaki Shikura IC, Iwaki Chuo IC, Iwaki Yumoto IC
(Ban-Etsu Expressway Out-bound line) Re-inflow IC: Iwaki Sanwa IC, Ono IC, Funabiki Miharu IC
(2) Iwaki JCT D lamp (from Joban Expressway Out-bound line to Ban-Etsu Expressway) cannot pass through the following ICs from 20:00 to 6:00 the next day on Monday, June 23, 2014. Customers who have flowed out and re-entered
■ Target IC
(Joban Expressway Out-bound Line) Outflow IC: Iwaki Nakoso IC, Iwaki Yumoto IC, Iwaki Chuo IC
(Ban-Etsu Expressway Out-bound line) Re-inflow IC: Iwaki Sanwa IC, Ono IC, Funabiki Miharu IC
2 Refund method
Customers using an ETC credit card will be refunded by the following methods.
- When using the return amount of ETC mileage service (free run)
・・・ Add the difference to the balance of the return amount (free running) - If you use the advance payment (balance) of the "Hiker/prepayment" balance management service
...Additional difference to prepayment (balance) balance - If none of the above apply
・・・ Refund the difference when you request ETC credit card
Refunds will be made automatically, so there is no need for customers to contact us.
For customers using ETC Corporate Card, the difference will be refunded by the adjusted amount when billing for October.
