NEXCO EAST in Saku management office (Saku City, Nagano Prefecture), Joshin-Etsu Expressway In-bound in line Komoro IC~ Saku Komoro JCT, Joshin-Etsu Expressway because of the traffic accident investigation that occurred in, 2016, February 1 (Mon. ) The road will be closed (3 hours) from 21:00 to 24:00.
