The "highway card / prepaid" balance management service was discontinued on March 31, 2016.

We will refund the unused balance of the “Hika/Advance payment” balance management service that ended on March 31, 2016 as follows, based on Article 20 Paragraph 1 of the Act on Fund Settlement. Please make an offer within.

Refund application period

From Friday, April 15, 2016 to Monday, October 31, 2016 (effective postmark on the day)

  • Please note that if you do not request a refund within the application period, it will be excluded from the refund procedure.

Method of application and method of refund

From April 15, 2016 (Friday), we will sequentially send a refund invoice with the unused balance to the members who have unused balance. Please fill in your address, name, telephone number, and bank account on the refund request form and send it to ETC Plaza by mail.

After the refund invoice arrives at ETC Plaza, we will check the contents and refund it by transferring it to the designated account.

  • We will bear the transfer fee.
