NEXCO EAST Koriyama Management Office (Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture) regulates some parking lots in order to use safer and more comfortable rest facilities in the Tohoku Expressway Azumi Parking Area (PA) (In-bound line) We will carry out pavement improvement work as follows.
In addition, Commercial facilities, toilets, and gas stations can be used during the construction period.
This is a construction required to improve the safety and comfort of the Expressway, so we apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but the service area (SA) and PA in the front and back (In the case of the Tohoku Expressway, Adachi Tara SA, Kagamiishi) We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, such as using PAs such as Gohyaku PA and Miharu PA in case of Ban-Etsu Expressway.

2 Construction period
From Monday, February 27, 2017 to Wednesday, April 12, 2017
[Preliminary days: Thursday, April 13-Thursday, April 27, 2017]
- We will also regulate on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and at night.
- If the weather is bad or there is a possibility of deterioration, we will stop the work.
- Construction will not be performed from Saturday, March 18, 2017 to Monday, March 20th, 2017.

4 Construction details
We will carry out pavement improvement work for the parking lot along with the barrier-free construction that eliminates the step between the parking lot and the sidewalk.
- The parking space in the parking lot will be reduced by up to 40 cars.
