During the construction period, it may take about 5 minutes to temporarily wait for the entrance ramp and the exit ramp of the In-bound line to regulate alternate traffic. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Even during the regulation period, you can use the Tobu Yunomaru Service Area as usual.
1. Construction site and date and time

In-bound entrance lamp (IC entrance → In-bound main line)
In-bound exit lamp (In-bound main line → IC exit)
- Attached to each line E18 The indications such as indicate the route number (numbering) of Expressway.
Customers heading in the two directions below may be suspended for about 5 minutes.
- Customers entering from the Tobu Yunomaru IC and heading for Tokyo (entrance ramp)
- Customers traveling on the Joshinetsu Road (In-bound line) and getting off at the Tobu Yunomaru IC (exit ramp)
From Wednesday, October 25, 2017, Thursday, 26th Thursday from 21:00 each night to 5:00 the next morning (2 nights: 8 hours each)
- In case of rain, the construction scheduled for that day will be canceled and postponed until the following day.
- Preliminary day: October 30, 2017 (Monday) and 31 (Tuesday) at the same time
2. Construction details
At the intersection of the IC, we will lay color pavement (paved in blue and orange) in the lane to prevent reverse running due to incorrect entry.
