NEXCO東日本東北支社（仙台市青葉区）は、2017年10月26日（木）8時10分にE49磐越自動車道 鞍手山トンネルにおいて、「進入禁止 火災」と誤った情報を表示し、多くのお客さまにご迷惑をおかけしましたことをお詫び申し上げます。
1 Event
今回の事象は、E49磐越自動車道 磐梯熱海IC～猪苗代磐梯高原IC間にある鞍手山トンネルにてトンネル内進入禁止措置を上下線で8時10分から8時38分の28分間実施したものです。
This has caused many customers an inconvenience.
2 Future action
今回の原因は、工事作業中に誤表示させてしまったものです。今後、詳細な原因を特定し適切な対応を図ってまいります。
