NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office Utsunomiya Management Office (Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture) is pavement repair work for the parking lot of the E4 Tohoku Expressway Otani parking area (In-bound line and Out-bound line) so that you can use the rest facility more safely and comfortably. Will be carried out.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the construction work being carried out with some restrictions on the use of parking lots during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

　You can use the restroom and commercial facilities as usual.

1 Scheduled construction period

Otani parking area Out-bound line: From March 26, 2018 (Monday) to mid-May 2018
Otani parking area In-bound line: From mid-May 2018 to mid-June 2018

If construction cannot be performed due to stormy weather, the construction period will be extended.
　Please note that the parking lot can be used as usual because no construction will be done on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during Golden Week.

2 Construction site

3 Construction details

We will repair the pavement of the parking lot. The construction will be carried out in the order of (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) on the floor plan by dividing the construction area. In addition, restrictions on the use of passages and parking lots will be enforced throughout the day and night.

4 Facilities available during construction

Due to construction work, some parking spaces will be restricted, but the following facilities are available

  • Commercial facility

When parking, it may be crowded, so before and after E4 Tohoku Expressway Sano SA, Tsuga West PA, Kamikawachi SA, and E50 We appreciate your understanding and cooperation such as using the Izuruhara PA and Mibu PA on the Kita-Kanto Expressway.

  • From early April to the end of December 2018, Toga West PA (Out-bound line) is expected to be crowded due to the construction of toilets and shops.
