The survey of the target driving has been completed for some customers who have traveled on ETC on the C3 Gaikan Expressway Gaikan Expressway and the Keiyo Road, which were announced on July 6, 2018. Customers who have applied the wrong fee will be refunded in sequence as follows.

2 Refund method

We will refund the difference to the customer who made the wrong bill by the following method.

(1) Customers using ETC credit cards
The difference will be refunded by deducting it from the usage amount through the credit card company used when the customer passed. The reflection on the invoice of the credit card company depends on the closing date of the month of the credit card company and Expressway toll, but refunds will be made for bills after August 2018. For customers who have used the ETC mileage service refund amount, the difference will be refunded to the ETC mileage service refund amount used.

(2) Customers using ETC corporate cards
At the time of billing for July issued in August 2018, we will refund by adjusting the difference from the billed amount.
