NEXCO EAST Tokyo Outer Ring Construction Office (Nerima-ku, Tokyo) C3 Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter “Outer Ring Road”) In the new warehouse parking area (hereinafter “Arakura PA”), we closed the Arakura PA for refresh work, but for one day than planned The construction was completed early and the closure of Arakura PA was released at 23:00 on Friday, December 14th. Please note that the alternative facilities (off-street parking lots and temporary toilets) that were installed during the closed period are no longer available. In addition, when using an alternative facility, the transfer adjustment that was carried out when it re-flowed into the outer ring road from the Wako Kita IC entrance inside and outside within a certain period of time, has also been completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the closure of the rest facility during the construction period. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation for the construction work.

1 Construction content

We carried out pavement repair work for "Araikura PA", "pavement removal/laying, road marking, etc.", improvement of guide signs for parking spaces, and repair of toilets.

In addition, a belt conveyor was installed in the PA to transport the earth and sand generated by the construction work of the outer ring road of Tokyo (Kanetsu to Tomei).

4 Future work schedule
