NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) E82 Chiba-Togane Road and E65 Customers who regularly use Expressway to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the opening of Shin-Kuko Expressway (hereinafter referred to as the "New Airport Road").
