2 "Volunteer vehicle certificate"
3 Usage
- (1) Download the "Volunteer Vehicle Certificate" style
- (2) Fill out the required form after agreeing to the form and the notes described below in the form for the outbound and return trips
- (3) Use the Expressway (outbound), present your identity confirmation document with a photo at the designated IC (exit tollgate) in the affected area, and submit the certificate to the staff
- (4) Conduct volunteer activities
- (5) At the end of volunteer activities, "Activity confirmation" on the certificate at disaster volunteer centers, etc. Receive the seal of
- (6) Use the Expressway (return), present your identity verification document with a photo at the destination IC (exit tollgate), and submit the certificate to the staff
- Please present your personal identification document with a face photo at the main toll gate while you are traveling, and get the seal on the confirmation column of the certificate.

4 Notes
- Free measures for disaster volunteer vehicles are only available to those who are engaged in disaster volunteers.
- When you pass through the toll booth, you will need to show your identity verification documents with a photo of your driver's license.
- At the entrance, pick up the toll ticket in the general lane, and at the exit, give this certificate and the toll ticket to the staff in the general lane. (Expressway or Hanshin Expressway, please give the certificate to the staff at the entrance.)
- At tollhouses where tollhouses are installed in general lanes, please press the call button of the tollhouse and inform the staff that you will receive free measures for disaster volunteer vehicles. Attachment How to use the charge settlement machine [PDF: 112KB]
- ETC is not available. (When passing through the entrance or exit, remove the ETC card from the vehicle-mounted device and pass through.)
- You can only use the entrance IC and exit IC listed on the volunteer certificate.
- Except in the case of unavoidable reasons such as closed roads, in principle, it cannot be leaked on the way.
- The certificate will be collected at the exit IC listed.

- The certificate will be collected at the toll booth. Print on separate paper for outbound and return trips.
- At unmanned toll booths such as Hanshin Expressway, there is no toll booth staff available, so it is not possible to stamp a confirmation seal.
- The personal information provided in the certificate will be used only for the purpose of managing this measure, and will not be disclosed or provided to third parties unless permitted by law.
