- From November 1, 3rd year of Reiwa, some documents required when applying for the discount system for persons with disabilities on toll roads will be changed.

From November 1, 3rd year of Reiwa, the documents required when applying for the discount system for persons with disabilities on toll roads will be partially changed as shown in the table below.

In response to the above changes, the application form will be changed as follows.

- If there is no change from the previous application regarding the registered contents of the ETC card / ETC on-board unit, change to a form to check to that effect
- In the case of proxy application, it is not necessary to submit a power of attorney, and the name of the proxy, relationship with the applicant, and address are changed to the form described in the application form.
