For some NICOS brand ETC cards, it has been confirmed that the bar does not open when using ETC.

ETC card for NICOS brand card members, with the first two digits starting with "72"
ETC card shipped from Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS Co., Ltd. from November 25th to December 1st this year

Customers who have the above ETC card are kindly requested to refrain from using it.
